ORDER CONFIRMATION - Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive the emailed order confirmation, your order was not placed.

LATE ORDERS - To ensure on time delivery for everyone in the group we are unable to take or change orders after the store closing date.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE READY approximately 15 business days after the store closing date. The store closing date is May 13, 2025 @ 11:59pm

DELIVERY Your order will be available for pick up at swim practice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS -Custom apparel and accessories with a team logo or individual name are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason, including incorrect size.

MINIMUM QUANTITIES - Certain items must meet minimum order quantities. If the required minimums are not met, the item will not be made and your money will be refunded to you.
